I like the composition and color a lot. Also you have a beautiful facial structure for her, though it could use some more defining line. Softness is great for a beautiful woman, but certain things feel wonderful when well defined.

The area around the eyes mostly could use more definition to make them seem less watery and sad. You said in her bio she is a smart and intelligent person that is fun to be around, and making her eyes more clear i think would help portray that.

The background nebula, feels a little chunky and thus a little mismatched since it is supposed to be a background element. With her face having less detail in texture than the BG, it made me look less at the face and more at it.

I really do love the texture and the way is stretches on her shirt, and the texture on her badge as well. I think getting the other areas to this same level of texture would make the piece overall more united.
